These terms govern the use of services provided by UniHome (we). By engaging our brokerage services, you agree to the following.
1. Scope of service
We provide multilingual real estate brokerage targeted at international students and foreign residents in Korea, including property search, contract assistance, move-in setup, ARC and banking guidance, and short-term stay matching.
2. Brokerage fees
Brokerage commission follows the legal rate set by the relevant municipal ordinance under Korea's Licensed Real Estate Agents Act. The applicable rate and amount will be disclosed in writing before any contract is signed.
3. Our obligations
We will exercise due care to provide accurate property information, explain key contract terms in your preferred language where possible, and protect your personal information per our Privacy Policy.
4. Your obligations
You agree to provide truthful information in your inquiry, comply with the lease terms once a contract is signed, and pay agreed brokerage fees in accordance with Korean law.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by third parties (such as landlords) where we have exercised due care, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement where possible, or otherwise referred to the court having jurisdiction over the location of our office.
7. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
